Every single one of the products is free of synthetic ingredients including parabens, petrochemicals, GMOs, sulfates, synthetic preservatives and dyes, phthalates and triclosan.
Sodashi has a small-batch approach to beauty; their artisanal product is lovingly crafted on their own premises and each batch is a one-off production.
There is no compromise on the ingredients; Sodashi guarantees what goes in and importantly what stays out.
No Sodashi products are ever tested on animals, ever. Sodashi operates in a sustainable and ethical manner at all levels of the business. Sodashi refuses to test on animals and does not enter markets that require animal testing.
Sodashi products are proudly manufactured in their very own facility in Fremantle, Western Australia.
Sodashi believes that creating skincare in its most natural state is the finest nourishment for beautiful skin, intact with all of the vitamins and minerals and other nutrients.
With this in mind, Sodashi products are created by blending the purest therapeutic grade natural ingredients. For example, they use cold pressed botanicals to formulate their products, to preserve the nutrients and enzymes and ensure the maximum nutritional content of the end product.
Sodashi uses natural preservatives Grapefruit Seed Extract, Benzyl Alcohol and Olive Leaf Extract giving the product a shelf life of two years. It is recommended to use the product within six months of opening.
Every single one of the Sodashi products is free of all synthetic ingredients, including synthetic fragrances.
Sodashi will delight your senses, the formulas smell light, clean and botanical because they are formulated using the purest botanical extracts. The subtle natural aromas and delicate textures make them irresistible to touch and smell.
Sodashi works in partnership with suppliers around the world to procure the finest therapeutic grade, ethically-sourced essential oils and plant actives, organic where possible, to formulate Sodashi products.
For example, Sodashi’s supplier of Ylang Ylang oil has worked with a group of local farmers in a remote region of Madagascar to build a local distillery where they process the essential oil, providing a sustainable way living to the local farmers and an exceptionally high-quality end product.
Sodashi sources the finest therapeutic grade natural ingredients, organic where possible, to formulate Sodashi products.
Their essential oils for example, have to be of the highest quality to have the cell regenerative properties required to create effective anti-ageing skincare. Sodashi knows their natural ingredients intimately, they know their characteristics and properties, and they know how to enhance their benefits by blending the ingredients in their formulas to create powerful synergies.
There are ingredients that are really important for Sodashi to use to ensure the efficacy of their products which are not yet available organically at the quality they require. Sodashi has made the decision not to compromise the integrity of their products by replacing these ingredients with lesser quality organic ingredients.
Fortunately, more and more organic ingredients are becoming available at the quality required for the manufacturing of Sodashi products, therefore, the percentage of organic ingredients in Sodashi products continues to increase.
Sodashi products are entirely free of animal products and are therefore suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Sodashi is an animal advocate, and in no way support animal testing of any kind.

Yes you can, Sodashi actually recommends it! It’s all about customising the products to meet your exact skin’s needs.
For example, you could use the Clay Cleanser with Lime, the Calming Rose Face Mist and the Rejuvenating Face and Neck Moisturiser if you have fairly normal skin, but get the occasional blemish and are concerned about ageing. It’s about responding to your skin needs.

Nut allergies come in several forms.
If you have an allergy to peanuts only, Sodashi products are safe to use as they contain no peanut oil or traces of peanut oil.
A number of Sodashi products do contain nut oils. These include but are not limited to Almond, Macadamia and Hazelnut. If you are allergic to these please read the list of ingredients carefully – every single ingredient is listed on the Sodashi label and on our website. Sodashi is extremely thorough with their processes – if a product does not contain an ingredient, there is no chance that it will be contaminated by nut-based ingredients.
As Sodashi uses over 100 different natural plant, marine and mineral ingredients to formulate Sodashi products, always check the product ingredients lists on the website to ensure that it is free of all ingredients that may aggravate your allergy.
Every single ingredient is listed on the label. If you are unsure, conducting a patch test inside your elbow is always a good idea before use.
Sodashi recommends you use your Sodashi products within six months of opening, to use them at their freshest and to see the best results.
If you live somewhere where the temperatures often exceed 30 degrees and your home gets hot, you can keep your Sodashi products in the fridge.
It won’t impact on the efficacy of your products at all, but it may change their consistency. The face mists are wonderfully refreshing if kept cool! Otherwise Sodashi recommends keeping your Sodashi products in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
The colour and aroma of your regular Sodashi products may vary. This is because no two production batches are exactly the same as each natural ingredient differs slightly depending on the time of harvest; the soil, the climatic conditions, the air quality, all have an effect.
Sodashi celebrates these differences because they demonstrate Sodashi's commitment to blending only the purest unadulterated natural ingredients to create the skincare products.
Sodashi’s packaging is a major talking point: sleek and minimalist, it’s a beautiful hint of the exquisite product contained within. At first glance the dark glass appears black, but it is in fact a very dark violet.
So much more than just pretty packaging, the glass and its unique colour actually work to preserve the products for longer, filtering damaging UV rays and prolonging the all-natural products’ shelf life and effectiveness. It’s the ultimate fusion of stylish form and hard-working function.
In line with Sodashi’s commitment to the environment, Sodashi packaging is recyclable and the boxes are printed with natural vegetable dyes.
