HOW TO USE
* Serving Size - 1/2 tsp (1.3g)

* Suggested Use - Add 1/2 tsp to your tea, coffee, milk, smoothie, or functional food. Enjoy up to 2 times per day. If intaking frequently, consume for up to 12 weeks. Stop use, and resume after a 2-3 week break.
