HOW TO USE
1. Scrape first thing in the morning
2. Relax the tongue and use scraper to scrape from the back of the tongue to front
3. Reach as far back as you feel comfortable Repeat 5 times, rinsing the scraper in between
4. Oil pull with Oral Swishing Oil, brush and floss
5. At least once a day (in the morning), twice a day recommended
HOW TO CLEAN YOUR TONGUE CLEANER
Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to one tablespoon of baking soda. Rub the mixture onto your scraper with your fingers or a dry cloth and then rinse with water.
Mix salt with a few teaspoons of vinegar or lemon juice and pour the mixture over your tongue scraper. Rinse with water and dry before using.
