HOW TO USE
1. Apply a generous amount of body oil to the area you wish to treat. This helps the cup glide smoothly and prevents skin irritation.
2. Place the cup on your skin, squeeze it gently to create suction, and release once it sticks to your skin.
3. Glide the cup over the area using various motions - up and down, zigzag and circular. Perform these movements for 2–3 minutes per area.
Use 3–4 times per week.
Begin with mild suction and gradually increase the intensity according to your comfort level for a light or deep massage.
Make sure to monitor your skin's reaction. If you experience any discomfort, stop immediately.
Avoid using on broken or irritated skin.
