HOW TO USE

Use elaborately for a classic matte lip.

Apply carelessly to achieve the trendy lip stain effect.

Top with a little bit of Glossy Venom Hydrating Lip Gloss in HI-SHINE 71 for extra shine and dimension.

Apply to your eyelids and/or cheeks for a monochrome makeup look.
