Physical Gift Cards are the native eucalyptus double-sided design shown in the images. They are printed on beautiful, textured 100% recycled card stock using solar power in production.
You can have it posted to you or your special one. Or simply visit us in our Melbourne store to purchase one.
* Note: a discount coupon or a gift card can't be used to purchase a gift card.

› Shipping fees for physical gift cards shipped within Australia with tracking are:
- $5.00 for standard shipping
- $8.00 for express shipping
› If you would like to order products to ship to yourself, and a physical gift card to ship to someone else, please submit the gift card order as a separate purchase.
TERMS OF USE
- Gift Cards may be used for purchases at One Fine Secret's Melbourne store or online at www.onefinesecret.com.au.
- Gift Cards expire 3 years from issue date.
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash and cannot be redeemed to purchase additional Gift Cards. Gift Cards are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
- Gift Cards can be used over multiple purchases until the balance is used up. Any remaining balance cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Gift Cards that have expired will only be honoured at One Fine Secret's sole discretion.
- One Fine Secret is not liable for any lost/stolen Gift Cards. Please contact us immediately if your Gift Card has been lost/stolen. Lost/stolen Gift Cards can only be replaced if satisfactory proof of purchase is provided and the Gift Card has not been redeemed.

For Australia, we offer both standard and express post options with Australia Post. We normally dispatch within 1 business day from our Melbourne store.

We always aim to provide the best online shopping experience. In the rare case that you wish to return the product for any reason, we will happily refund the purchase in line with our returns policy below:
- You must contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt of product to authorise a return. Please click HERE to contact us.
- Products you wish to return must be unopened and in original condition.
Once we receive and successfully review the returned products, we will refund you the original purchase price of product returned. We will also refund you the shipping cost of the initial delivery to you if the goods were faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped.
