HOW TO USE
Use 2-3 teaspoons of product to exfoliate the whole body.
The salts can be mixed with the Vitamin Rich Body Oil before exfoliating with light, circular movements.
Shower to remove.

- Can be mixed with your favourite, natural body wash.
- You can also add 1-2 tablespoons to a bath.
- The magnesium and potassium found in the salts help to draw out tension from tight muscles. We therefore encourage you to exfoliate before massaging, in order to soften the muscles.
- Salt has a cleansing effect on one's energy field. We encourage you to bath/swim in salt water regularly, especially if you deal with many people throughout the day.
- The minerals in this salt strengthen the immune system.

- Himalayan Crystal Salts - Rich in vitamins and minerals to balance the body's pH and has a strong anti-stress element for the body, helps to maintain muscle tone and strength and helps prevent varicose veins and spider veins.
- Clary Sage French (Salvia Sclarea) - A regenerative and revitalising essential oil that also helps to reduce any excessive production of sebum (oil), which makes it valuable for all skin conditions.
- Orange Sweet (Citrus Sinensis) - When used in a cream or lotion it also assists the lymphatic system, helping to detoxify a congested skin. Useful for dry, aging skin as it has a tendency to plump up cells and giving a soft, full and velvety appearance. Supports collagen formation in the skin, which is required for a healthy, younger looking skin.
