How is the lotus flower fragrance safe vs other products with heavy fragrances?

Innersense's fragrance is 100% natural and derived from minimally processed essential oils. Typically the concern with fragrance is that it can be used to hide ingredients like silicones or preservatives. They disclose all of the ingredients used in their fragrance on Innersense official website.

I have been told not to use oils in my hair, how is this one different?

This is a lightweight oil with low molecular weight oils that penetrate into hair instead of coating it to provide maximum hydration and increased pliability.

What is the viscosity of the product and how does that affect different hair types or textures?

This lightweight oil has a very low viscosity so it won't weigh down even the finest hair types!

Do you apply the product differently when using it on wet hair vs dry hair?

Yes, on dry hair, we suggest to start with 1-2 drops and awakening the product between your palms before applying to dry hair. This helps avoid using too much product and adding any extra weight, you can always add more! We recommend using this product on damp hair versus wet hair. On damp hair, you can typically apply a little more as the cuticle is open and product can absorb more easily into the hair. We suggest you play around with what works best for your personal hair type and hair goals!

Do you apply the product differently when using it on fine, med, or coarse hair?

It comes down to your hair's porosity more than hair type. That said, as a basic guideline, typically coarse and medium hair will be able to take on more product than fine hair. Regardless, we suggest you start with 1-2 drops and add more product as desired.
